Phase I: Initial Registration
The first phase includes creating a New Admission account and undergoing the preliminary selection process. This stage is conducted entirely online through the UHW Perbanas Admission website.

Register through the UHW Perbanas Admission System.

Choose your intended study program.

Complete the online application form.

Make the registration fee payment using the virtual account number provided in your Admission account in.

Participate in an interview.

Receive a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) upon the interview and related documents checks.
Phase II: Document Submission
International applicants who pass the Phase I are required to submit all necessary documents.
These documents must be uploaded through the applicant's Admission Account. The required documents include:

Letter of Acceptance.

Study Permit issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (KEMENRISTEKDIKTI).

Valid personal identification documents: Passport, Student Visa, and Limited Stay Permit.

A high school diploma or equivalent certificate and academic transcript, both legalized and certified by KEMENRISTEKDIKTI.

A letter of recommendation from the school or university stating that the prospective student has good academic abilities and is expected to be able to complete their study.

A letter of recommendation from the sponsor confirming that the prospective student receives financial support throughout their studies

A statement letter from the prospective student declaring their commitment to completing their studies

Recent photographs in softfile :

Two (2) pieces of 2×3 cm

Two (2) pieces of 4×6 cm

Medical check-up certificate issued by an authorized medical institution in the applicant’s home country.

Curriculum Vitae (CV).

TOEFL certificate (required for applicants from non-English-speaking countries).

Proof of payment for the registration fee.
