ADMISSION

UHW Perbanas Scholarship recipients are entitled to pursue their studies at UHW Perbanas without being charged tuition fees during the standard study period for the respective programs of study to which they have been admitted.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Applicants must be students from high schools (SMA), vocational schools (SMK), or religious schools (MA), or their equivalent, currently enrolled in grade 12 for the 2025/2026 academic year, 
2. Applicants must have good conduct and be in good physical and mental health.
3. The average report card grades for Mathematics and English from grades X to XI must be at least 80 in each subject.
4. Applicants must be willing to pay a commitment fee of IDR 2,000,000 (two million rupiahs) if selected in the final stage. This fee will be refunded upon graduation and will be credited as the graduation fee.
5. The scholarship is available for all programs at UHW Perbanas.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

1. Create a registration account until you receive a registration number on the website spmb.perbanas.ac.id, then click on the "Register/Login" menu.
2. Complete all required identity fields and enter your report card grades. Once all steps are completed, a Selection Schedule Letter will appear.
3. Upload the required REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS. The upload link is provided in the Selection Schedule Letter.
4. Participate in the selection process and await the announcement of the results as stated in the Selection Schedule Letter.
