Phase I: Scholarship Application and Pre-Admission Process


This initial stage is designed for international applicants seeking admission through a scholarship scheme.
The process is conducted entirely online via the UHW Perbanas Admission portal.

  1. Register through the UHW Perbanas  Admission System – International Scholarship Program

  2. Select the intended study program.

  3. Complete the scholarship application form, including a motivation letter and proposed study plan.

  4. Upload required scholarship documents (e.g., recommendation letter, financial statement, or declaration of need).

  5. Participate in the Entrance Examination and Interview Test.

  6. Await scholarship selection results and issuance of the Conditional Letter of Acceptance (Conditional LOA) for successful applicants.

 

Phase II: Document Submission and Scholarship Confirmation

Once selected, scholarship awardees must submit the following required documents through their Admission account to finalize their admission:
  1. Letter of Acceptance.

  2. Study Permit issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (KEMENRISTEKDIKTI).

  3. Valid personal identification documents: Passport, Student Visa, and Limited Stay Permit.
  4. A high school diploma or equivalent certificate and academic transcript, both legalized and certified by KEMENRISTEKDIKTI.

  5. A letter of recommendation from the school or university stating that the prospective student has good academic abilities and is expected to be able to complete their study.

  6. A letter of recommendation from the sponsor confirming that the prospective student receives financial support throughout their studies especially for the living costs.

  7. A statement letter from the prospective student declaring their commitment to completing their studies

  8. Recent photographs in softfile

    • Two (2) pieces of 2×3 cm
    • Two (2) pieces of 4×6 cm

  9. Medical check-up certificate issued by an authorized medical institution in the applicant’s home country.

  10. Curriculum Vitae (CV).

  11. TOEFL certificate (required for applicants from non-English-speaking countries).

  12. Proof of payment for the registration fee.
