ADMISSION

Pemuda Tangguh is an educational assistance program initiated by the Surabaya City Government, aimed at supporting high school students (SMA/SMK/MA) from low-income and pre-low-income families.
 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must have been domiciled in Surabaya and/or possess a Surabaya ID card (KTP/Family Card) for a minimum of 10 years.

• Graduates of SMA/SMK/MA/Islamic boarding schools (Pesantren) or holders of an equivalent qualification (Paket C).

• Individuals classified by the government within socioeconomic deciles 1–5.

Benefits:

• Full waiver of admission (development) fees

• Exemption from orientation fees

• Full tuition fee coverage (within the standard study period)

• Monthly allowance of IDR 300,000 (provided for 10 months per year)
